· I understand that delivery time is subject to the packaging time stated by the merchant or outlet on succor.ng.
· I understand that orders are subject to the delivery terms of the participating merchants on succor.ng platform.
· I understand that purchases from the Open Market will be delivered within 24 hours of payment. In case of delay in the process or delivery of my purchase, no correspondence will be entertained from me as payment made are non-refundable.
· I understand the promo will run from July 2020 – June 2021 and may be removed or discontinued at any time by Succor.ng.
· I understand the Promo is a scheme to provide discounts to all FirstBank Cardholders on their purchases made via their website https://succor.ng and through the mobile app.
· I understand that the 10% discount on my order is not subject to a cap and is available within the first six (6) weeks of this of this campaign (July 27, 2020 till September 30, 2020) to any amount spent on the platform excluding the delivery cost. Thereafter, the 10% discount shall no longer be applicable on all purchases.
· I understand this service is only available to FirstBank customers in Lagos & Abuja
Neither FirstBank nor Succor.ng shall be liable to any Cardholder for any loss arising from the unavailability of Promo discount or otherwise arising in connection with the Promo. Therefore, each Cardholder agrees to and hereby indemnifies and holds FirstBank as well as Succor.ng harmless against any loss, claims, liability whatsoever that the Cardholder may incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with the Promo. Please note that the usual FirstBank terms and conditions for the use of your FirstBank card will apply.
