Delivering practical solutions for SMEs - One-on-one coaching advisory sessions.

Personalized coaching sessions for select SMEs focused on key areas identified from business diagnostics.

Coaching sessions to be led by qualified coaches across different sectors.

The coaches are experts in key business areas, with backgrounds as professional coaches, professionals or experts.

Closed Group Sessions

  • SMEs scheduled for appointment will have one-on-one sessions
  • Each session is to last for not more than 1 hour
  • Coaches will review diagnostic results with SMEs and discuss improvement opportunities based on the focus areas

Open Sessions

  • Walk-in SMEs will take the quick business diagnostic survey
  • SMEs will review result of diagnostic with 2 the resident coaches
  • SMEs will be invited to masterclasses scheduled for day 3 and also referred to the SME portal to book a coach for deep-dive into areas for improvement

FirstBank Business Diagnostic
